1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days within South Africa, depending on your location.

Yes. LINZARO delivers nationwide throughout South Africa.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the product, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. LINZARO does not store your card or banking information.
11. Do your products come with a warranty?
Where applicable, products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
